PRIVATE CONSULTANCY SERVICES & EVALUATIONS

I presently act as a private consultant in matters of fine art. I am the curator of a well known and important collection of paintings located in  Miami Florida and on loan to several institutions worldwide.  I have held this position since 2007 and continue to write on several artists including Rembrandt, Rubens and other Dutch, Flemish and Italian masters of the 16th through 18th centuries.

Earlier when active as a dealer and appraiser, I was a member of the Appraisers Association of America having been for more than thirty years. While there I held the highest level of membership expertise as a “Certified” member.  I am also a member of the Panel of Experts of the American Arbitration Association for matters of Fine Art and a member of the Broward County Panel of Expert Arbitrators.  On several occasions I have worked with law enforcement agencies at the local, state and federal levels as an art expert, trial witness and consultant including all court systems and the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation.
